I would say to systematically back off each door hinge bolt and then retighten. You must be losing a ground to the locks and the water regrounds it.To test, use a battery jumper and ground each door, then try the locks.

You need to have the Freon pressure checked. Sometimes a small leak over 10 years is so incidental, that refilling the Freon every 5 or 10 years is a small price to pay for maintaining the cooling ability.In Lincolns, those with Digital Climate Control, have their own self-diagnostics for the A/C. People having the Codes to implement this self-test would also have the Codes for the answers. This system will display results in less than 10 minutes.Now if you want another way, get a good Refill kit with a sealer and compressor oil, and try adding Freon at the low pressure port on or close to the Black oblong tank where the A/C lines flow through. But without proper testing, it may all leak out in minutes.Years ago with Freon costing $3 a can, it was practical to use a hit or miss approach to finding leaks in the A/C system. At $12-$14 a can it more expensive to be wrong.
