That sounds like a switch issue, If the motor works one direction it should work the other direction. It could also be a cable running from the switch from the motor. I would start by checking continuity from the switch to the motor.

More than likely as keys have to be programmed to start with. You will have to take the vehicle with you to a porsche dealer with the key you want programmed and it the key is reprogrammable they will have the equipment there to do it. But it may cost big dollars.
