911 rear spoiler not closing

Adjust the spring located under the lid in the middle, just lower it n see if it latches. ( assuming your latch on the body side is working, it should be very hard to push it open. )

Left front trun signal does not work blinker goes fast changed the bulb but that did not work

Did you verify that both turn signal bulbs were working on that side of the car? If so you may need to replace the turn signal flasher.

How do I access the evaporator drain line?

Hook a Wet/Dry vac (with the filter removed) to the outside drain line. This will allow you to suck the drain line clean and remove any water/algae/debris from the line. As a maintenance item, you may want to pour 1/2 c of household bleach into the drain line downstream of the drip pan to minimize the future growth of algae. Do both of these items yearly to keep problems from recurring.www.lightdeal.co.uk

Oil mixed with water in coolant

Head gasket would be your only problem, the oil cooler normally is cooled by air and not water.

2002 Porsche carrera 911 Engine light on and

This is not good. Do not run the engine until after someone hooks a scanner to the computer plug and runs the diagnostic. You can buy an adequate scanner for about $100. You can instead have it towed to someone with a scanner with part of that $100. Use your Autoclub if you have one. Do not start the car or run the motor. The scanner plug has all the info you need to start diagnosing the problem.

After turning key to right

The ignition switch needs to be inspected. Its not turning right as per the key.---------Also the ignition key lock cylinder in the ignition switch system needs to be inspected.--------
First before doing that, spray wd-40 spray in the key hole, where you insert the key .Let the spray remain there for 30 minutes, spray good amount of spray in there,.Then after 30 minutes insert the key in the ignition and wiggle the key to left and right few times. Then test, if the problem is there or its solved.---------- If the problem is there, that means the ignition switch needs to be taken out and inspected, if the ignition switch inspected good, then its ignition key lock cylinder, that is causing problem.-------- This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Replace the switch that controls the soft top

Pull out the 2 oval covers for the interior motion detector and behind them you will see 2 torx screws, remove the screws. Then pull the top latch housing away and disconnect the electrical connector.----------

The switch is held in place with 2 round clips. Pry the clips off and then the switch comes off. You cannot reuse the clips so buy them when you buy the switch.-------
See the image of clips. The 2 clips that hold the switch in place. helpmech_122.jpg
--------- This will help.Thanks.Helpmech./

I brought a 2000 911

Hi

Start the engine, and insert a map disc CD-ROM into the CD player's CD slot.

Follow the voice instructions of the Commander.

Say the word "Navigator" before each command.

Spell the street name, address or name of the point of interest you want to go to. The Commander will respond, "Are you at (Street Name)?"

Say, "Yes." The Commander will begin its directions.

Say, "Navigator next." The Commander will tell you how far to drive until the next turn.

Drive the route. After making the turn, say, "Navigator next." The Commander will tell you how far you will have to drive to the next turn.

Repeat until you reach the destination. You can request the Commander to give the previous instruction by saying, "Navigator previous." And you can ask the system to repeat a direction by saying, "Navigator repeat."

Say, "Navigator next," when you reach the destination, and the Commander will say, "Goodbye," and shut off.
