Is there any of the disc sticking out? If it is you might be able to grip it with fine nosed pliers and pull it back out. If it has disappeared into the dashboard your only option is to remove the radio unit out of the dash and get it out that way. Maybe corroded connection on the ECU which is on the right front passenger wheel arch.

disengage the alarm system by disconnecting the hot wire to it ..then see if this still happens. if it is, and my theory is it is the alternator....start the car , and disconnect the battery..if it stalls it is the alternator.
