Replacing clutch
The transmission input shaft may be binding on the clutch disc splines-because the transmission may be tilted down too much. Keep the transmission at same level and tilt as the engine, then pull straight back until the input shaft clears the clutch disc and pressure plate.
If everything is removed from the transaxle, it should slide out all the way.
Over charging alt
No do yourself a favour and fit a genuine BOSCH exchange unit ---bet you a pound to a penny this will cure the problem
Vacuum leak
check at the rear of your throttle and the rear of the inlet manifold .with a small bit of paper.
