Engine starts after about 5-7 seconds

This almost sounds like the fuel pump check valve is leaking back during the day. Try this to see if it helps. Before you start your car during the day, cycle the key on and off a few times first. This runs the pump for a few seconds and builds up fuel pressure. If it starts immediately after the key cycling, that is most likely your problem.

2000 hyundai elantra has a blown fuse. 20A con. What is the fuse for. Can't fill my gas tank keep stopping.

The fuel filling problem is usually a bad charcoal canister. They get saturated and are not able to breathe properly. ( ruined when people top off there tank) It could be other things maybe a stuck vent valve but that should set a check engine light. As far as the fuse goes, replace it with the correct amperage fuse. If it blows again that circuit will need to be checked for short or over load. (Possible someone added aftermarket device to circuit drawing the circuit over the 20 amps its designed for.)

P0103 code. I cleaned maf still have same code and stalls. I disconnect maf still stalls. I changed it one year ago code come back after 4 weeks. I have 2000 Hyundai Elantra.

the ecm may be bad, P0103 OBD-II Trouble Code Technical Description Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit High Input What does that mean? Basically this means that there is a problem with the Mass Air Flow High (MAF) sensor or circuit. A more technical description would be that the MAF circuit had higher than expected voltage (air flow). Other MAF sensor circuit DTC trouble codes are P0100, P0101, P0102, and P0104. Symptoms You will likely not notice any serious drivability problems, although there may be symptoms such as a general decrease in power or sluggishness. Causes A code P0103 may mean that one or more of the following has happened: The MAF may be disconnected, or a wiring connection may be bad The MAF sensor may be damaged The vehicle computer may be faulty (very rare) Possible Solutions The simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back. Then start with the cheapest, easiest repair procedures: Verify that the Mass Air Flow Sensor wiring is connected properly and that there are no broken / frayed wires. Inspect for any air leaks near the MAF sensor. Take the MAF out and clean it using a spray cleaner such as brake cleaner or electrical contact cleaner. Be gentle with the sensor. Check the voltage of the MAF sensor (refer to a repair manual for vehicle specific information) Replace the MAF sensor. Trouble code p0422 check engine light on need a map on this part

To look up OBD2 Codes. https://actron.com/code-lookup Code P0422: Main Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank. According to enginecodes.com " "Possible causes - Warm Up Three Way Catalytic converter deterioration or malfunction - Exhaust system leaks - Loose front or rear HO2Ss - Faulty front heater O2 sensor - O2 sensors harness is open or shorted - O2 sensors poor electrical connection Code p0707: P0707 Transaxle range switch circuit malfunction (inhibitor switch) open/shorted; low voltage". According to Ricksfreeautoadvice.com: "Here's how to adjust the switch to get the codes to go away 1) set the parking brake 2 Remove the air filter box assembly so you can access the transmission range switch. 3) Turn the key to the ON position, but do not start the vehicle. Move the shifter to the neutral position. 4) Align the alignment holes between the switch and the shift lever. Insert a 5mm drill bit into the adjustment hole to verify the proper alignment for the neutral position. 5) If the bit won't fit, the switch is out of alignment. Loosen the bolts and move the switch until you can insert the drill bit. Tighten the bolts to 96 INCH/lbs." I hope that helps.

My 2000hyudia Lantra brake light would not go off when the eng is off

The brake switch which is behind the brake pedal has stuck in its on position. You will probably need a new switch. Have a look up at neat the top of the brake pedal, there will be a switch with 2 wires on it. If you pull one of the wires off, the brake lights should go out but you will have NO brake lights!! get a new switch before you pull out the old one.

I have a 2000 elantra it starts but when you press on th accelerator it boggsdown only goes about 10mph

First of all, are you able to rev up the motor soon after starting to let's say 3000 rpm's? And I mean easily! If not, then it's not in your drivetrain (engine/transmission), but more likely perhaps stuck brakes or slipping

Water not staying in Radiator

yes, not having an overflow reservoir for your radiator will cause you to lose water. As your engine warms up the water expands and creates pressure in the cooling system. When the pressure reaches a certain point(usually about 15 psi.) the radiator releives the pressure by releasing water into the overflow tank. When the engine cools back down the water shrinks pulling water back into the radiator from the overflow. If there is no overflow, the everytime the engine warms up on a drive water will be lost and not recovered on cooldown.
