Particles filter
The DPF (diesel particulate filter) will require regeneration. This is a filter inside the catalytic convertor which has to be really really hot to regenerate on its own. Try running the car as normal for 15 minutes to normal operating temp, then drive it for 3 or 4 miles in 2nd or 3rd gear at 4 or 5000 revs and this will heat up the catatlyst and MAY regenerate, if not your saab dealer will need to do it with their diagnostic machine.
Cars with DFP's need to have a good rev out run weekly to avoid this happening again. Also make sure you are using the correct engine oil spec when servicing as this can casue issues with it.
2000 95 se wagon clicks but won't turn over to start
check all the large cables, at battery , engine block and starter for corrosion or loose bolts, you can also do the tap the starter with the hammer test, thats what you do if you have a full battery and solenoid clicking, means starter is on its way out
2000 Saab 9-5 wagen - engine stops
Sounds like your CPS (crankshaft position sensor) is defective. It is a cheap sensor $75ish and only takes 30min max to R&R. Both the 4 cylinder turbo and 6 cylinder turbo have this sensor (different sensor, same concept) You can also check the function of your FPR (fuel pressure regulator) by sucking on the vacuum line attached to the intake manifold. It should hold vacuum without leaking down.

2000 93 saab black smoke out of exhaust losing
Sounds like you might have blown a ring on a piston. and the black smoke is oil being burned...find out what the engine code is....but a blown ring usually requires an engine rebuild to fix. Hope this helps.....sorry about the bad news
Saab ignition problem
it is definately the main relay. if you replace the relay then you will fix the problem. Over time the circuit board cracks and causes it to go bad.
Convertible hood will not go
if it is still making an electrical motor noise, then the tops hydrolics are low on fluid
the pump res. is behind the back seat
Chech the level from the trunk side with a flashlight through the inspection hole
Oil light comes on under deceleration.oil levels are fine
I would guess your oil pump is going out causing it to loose oil pressure. If you continue to drive your car in this condition it will most likely ruin the engine. If it is not your oil pump it is something else causing you to loose oil pressure and I would have it looked at soon.
