sounds like a vacuum leak...take it to the dealer....cuz the number of vacuum hoses are too numerous, and not easy to follow, and is best left to a dealer mechanic [ yes pricey...sorry ] who is familiar with the vehicle.todays cars are just too complicated for the avg person to diagnose.....and trying to save money will just cost you in time and aggravation.

Need a little bit more info,but Im 95% sure that the whole wiper cotrol module needs to be replace because the circuit is short to B+. (dealer Part)

Is it stick shift? or automatic? If it's manual it's one of the gears is gone bad, no amount of oil changes will fix that.

u have 2 jump the wires over with a12volt bat just get ur seat wires find a ground and dont pull ur hair out uit takes sum anger management

This is probably tappet noise from the top end of the engine.
