i had my check engine light come on with the code p1111 it was a vacuum line.take the plastic engine cover off. it should be right on top where it says jaguar follow the a after the u to a hose somewhere in that hose either is split or has some kind of defect in it.either put some electrical tape around the hole or split.i just went out and put a new hose with hose clamps on it to fix that problem.check engine light went out after 2 days.i hope this is your problem.i don't know what code p1647 is yet.please post if this is the problem.
Air blowing hot
Because your not using the proper a/c manifoldgauge set ,or the proper working procedure, to be working on any a/c system.You buy the store junk with a hose crimped on& no way to get air out of the hose,now you let air in& got 40# & not 28# on low sideYou will need a knowledgable professional to recoverthe refrigerant,repair the obvious leaks,or you wouldn'tbe trying to add to the system in the first placeYour were trying to add,not rechargeCharging is done when the system is in a deep vacuum& all the moisture removed.
