I have a 1980 Dodge aspen, similar to a cordoba,
I'm not familiar with the construction of the Cordoba.
However, If it was leaking before you replaced the windshield, you'll probably have to disassemble the dash or whole dash area to find the actual leak source.
If it wasn't leaking before you replaced the glass, then I'd assume it's a small spot that didn't get sealed properly or has developed a small leak in or around the new seal.
Take the trim off/ apart and test small areas with a hose or cups of water to possibly find the spot/area that's leaking.
