96 Jeep Grand Cherokee won't start

Possibly loss of compression inside your engine. Which is caused by hole in your engine, cracked block... a lot of things.
Stick your finger in one of the spark plug holes. Spark plug out. While someone is cranking the vehicle, if pressure pushes your finger back then your good on compression. If nothing. Then you need to find where your losing compression.

How to use 3m quick fix glue kit to glue on jeep emblem

To use the 3M Quick Fix Adhesive Kit to glue on a Jeep emblem, follow these steps: Clean the Surface: Ensure that the surface where you'll attach the emblem is clean, dry, and free from any dirt, grease, or residue. Use a mild detergent or rubbing alcohol to clean the area thoroughly. Let it dry completely. Prepare the Emblem and Surface: If the Jeep emblem has an existing adhesive residue, carefully remove it using a suitable adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol. Wipe it clean and dry. Prepare the Quick Fix Adhesive: Open the 3M Quick Fix Adhesive Kit. Typically, these kits consist of a dual adhesive syringe that combines resin and hardener. Follow the instructions provided in the kit to properly mix the adhesive components. Some kits require you to press and release the plunger to mix the resin and hardener thoroughly. Apply the Adhesive: Squeeze a small amount of the mixed adhesive onto the back of the Jeep emblem or onto the surface where you'll place the emblem. Apply the adhesive sparingly but cover the necessary area evenly. Attach the Emblem: Carefully place the Jeep emblem onto the prepared surface. Ensure it's aligned correctly and press it firmly into place. Hold in Position: Hold the emblem in place with consistent pressure for the time recommended in the 3M Quick Fix Adhesive Kit instructions. This allows the adhesive to bond properly. Allow Cure Time: Follow the curing time recommended by the adhesive kit instructions. It may take several hours for the adhesive to fully set and cure, so avoid moving or disturbing the emblem during this time. Clean Up: Clean any excess adhesive around the edges of the emblem using a suitable solvent or rubbing alcohol before it fully hardens. Remember to refer to the specific instructions provided with the 3M Quick Fix Adhesive Kit as different kits may have variations in their application procedures and curing times. Additionally, ensure you're working in a well-ventilated area and follow safety precautions as advised by the product instructions.

How many o2 sensors on the 05 grand jeep Laredo 3.7 are upstream and downstream sensors the same?

The 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.7L typically has two oxygen (O2) sensors. One is located upstream (before the catalytic converter), often referred to as the pre-cat or upstream sensor, and the other is located downstream (after the catalytic converter), known as the post-cat or downstream sensor. In many cases, the upstream and downstream sensors are not the same and serve different purposes in monitoring and optimizing the air-fuel mixture and emissions.

HVAC blend door or control module?

The symptoms you describe, such as the flashing amber light on the defrost knob, loss of airflow, and clicking sounds when opening the driver's door, suggest a potential issue with the blend door or the blend door actuator in your HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system. The blend door is responsible for directing the airflow between the various vents, including the defrost vents, dash vents, and floor vents. Here are some steps you can take to further diagnose and address the issue: 1. **Blend Door Actuator Inspection:** The clicking sound you hear when opening the driver's door might be related to the blend door actuator. The actuator is a motorized component that controls the position of the blend door. Check if the clicking sound is coming from the actuator. If you can access it, inspect for any visible damage or obstructions. 2. **Check for Obstructions:** Sometimes, foreign objects or debris can obstruct the movement of the blend door. Check for any visible obstructions in the HVAC ducts. 3. **Perform HVAC Self-Test (if available):** Some vehicles allow you to perform a self-test on the HVAC system. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for instructions on how to initiate a self-test. This may provide additional diagnostic information. 4. **Inspect Wiring and Connectors:** Check the wiring and connectors associated with the blend door actuator and the HVAC control module. Ensure there are no loose connections, damaged wires, or corroded connectors. 5. **Professional Diagnosis:** If the issue persists after the above checks, it may be advisable to seek professional diagnosis from a qualified mechanic or a Jeep dealership. They can use diagnostic tools to retrieve fault codes and perform more advanced testing on the HVAC system. 6. **Consider Blend Door Calibration:** In some cases, the blend door may need recalibration after a control module replacement. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for instructions on how to calibrate the blend door system. Calibration procedures can vary between vehicle models. It's worth noting that even though you replaced the control module, the issue may still be related to the blend door actuator or the blend door itself. The clicking sound when opening the door suggests that there may be a connection. Remember to consult your vehicle's service manual for model-specific information and procedures. If you're not comfortable with the diagnostic process, seeking assistance from a professional mechanic is recommended.

Cvaxle, 06 Jeep liberty came back out after it was replaced

I wouldn't think so. An axle shouldn't have enough room to come out without moving the spindle out. If it can just come out, it sounds to me like it's too short.

Why does my 97 jeep Cherokee after starting cuts off while I'm driving n if I'm stopped n it stalls it takes awhile before I'm able to start again

I would do a fuel pressure test first. Attach the fuel pressure gauge to the fuel fail and see if the engine has enough pressure when it dies. If it does then you will need a scanner to see which sensors are causing the problem.

My 2011 Jeep Compass has code p0480 pop up will that cause my cvt transmission to overheat?

codes are OBDll and are available on line free. Google your code OBD-II Code P0480 is defined as a Cooling Fan Relay 1 Control Circuit The purpose of the electric cooling fan system is to provide extra cooling capacity to the conventional radiator cooling system on hot days, and/or when the A/C is on, and/or when the vehicle is being driven in stop and go traffic which causes insufficient air flow over the radiator. 25 years ago, most cars and light trucks utilized a mechanical cooling fan attached to the front of the engine to increase air flow through the radiator. However, as fuel economy and low emissions became a high automobile design priority, vehicle engine cooling systems incorporated computer controlled electric cooling fan systems and abandoned the less efficient mechanical cooling fan. When code P0480 is triggered, the power train control module or PCM is commanding the cooling fan to operate, but the PCM is not seeing the proper electrical feedback from the cooling fan circuitry that would indicate the fan is operating properly.
