Control of the parking, license plate, and tail lamp operation is dependent upon the position of the lighting switch (combination switch). When the lighting switch is placed in the 1ST position, the BCM (body control module) receives input signal requesting the parking, license plate, side marker and tail lamps to illuminate. This input signal is communicated to the IPDM E/R (intelligent power distribution module engine room) across the CAN communication lines. The CPU (central processing unit) of the IPDM E/R controls the tail lamp relay coil. This relay, when energized, directs power to the parking, license plate, rear side marker and tail lamps, which then illuminate.

My 2004 Nissan Maxima want go toward or reverse
Check the transmission fluid for level and condition topup or change then try driving forward or back if that sorts it
get a quote for service or repair sometimes the replacement transmission option works out cheaper
Location of ABS pump fuse
located under the hood in fuse box. its a big green fusible link which houses 3 fuses together in one big block.if you remove it, your speedo will not work.
Where would the af sensor be located on my 2004 nissan maxima
your maxima has 2 a/f ratio sensors. they are both screwed into the exhaust manifolds. bank 2 which is the front bank by radiator has sensor clearly visible right by the fans. bank 1 is a pain in the rear to replace, because of its location by the firewall. you will need to perform "self learn reset" procedure after replacing the a/f ratio sensor, or the code will come back on, even tho you don't have an issue with the sensor. reset procedure gets done with nissans consult scanner.
How do I replace the bulb on the drivers side
On most newer cars, the bulbs come out from the inside of the car. You will have to open the hood and look at the lights from this way. Your bulbs should be "twisted" in and you should have no problems taken them out. Just turn them to the left or right (depending on the car) and take them out.
