Runs fine at or below 30 mph over that no power
Most common reasons are bad fuel or low fuel pump output/fuel filter plugged, or bad ignition module (located in distributor), followed by bad spark wires or bad/failing coil. If it is that bad, chances are very good you will get a check engine light soon telling you what it is.

I HAVE A 1998 DODGE 3500 P/U DIESEL. THE WAIT OT
The wait to start light is telling you there's a problem. Check out your drivers guide. There can be a whole load of problems causing this problem, water in the diesel, blocked fuel filter, no diesel, but if it cranks and starts eventually. The glow plugs probably need replacing.
98 dodge ram cummins 5.9 diesel trouble code
Well unfortunately for you this code has to do with one of your computer brain boxes. It is not specific due to there is so many outputs that the computer has to give. If the truck does not start then your best bet is to replace the ECM/PCM and that will fix it. If it still runs then you can find out which output is messing up and MAYBE have someone repair the damage. Best bet is to just change them out, i know it can get expensive! Hope this gives you the guidance you need! Have a good one!
98 Dodge 4x4, headlights stay
I would suspect the wiring to the headlight switch is melted. Take the panel off and look where the plug goes onto the switch.
Hello, the rear axel seal on my Dodge Ram Dually
is not that bad just take the tires off then take the diff cover off take the drum or disc off on some truck there is four bolts on the end of the axle tube that you have to remove to get the axle out. but, if you look insider the diff and see two clips that look like a c ust take the bar that runs threw the middle of the diff and holds the spider gears inplace and keeps the axle from moving back and forth out and push the axles in and remove the clips then pull the axle out and rip the sear out and install the new one.
NO REAR OR BRAKE LIGHTS BUT ALL BULBS AND FUSES SEEM OK.
check the Switch under the dash on the brake peddle . it could be stuck or broken get a a wire tie the lights together test for continuity at that switch. check your trailer light hook ups for shorts. If you have a braking power module for towing you may have to replace it or check and make sure it is getting juice.
