1992 Buick Regal crank sensor
You may be right, but if it is a sensor you should get a check engine light and a trouble code for the lost signal.Could also be something like a fuel pump relay or idle air control valve.
Power steering fluid leaking;
Fill it up. Have a helper hold the steering wheel to all the way to the stop while you check for leaks. Especially the high pressure hose.
Compressor and fans do not turn on until rev engine
I passed this question the first time I read it, so I will take a stab at it now.The fans don't come on until the compressor has pumped the freon pressure up to say 150 or 200 psi. And the compressor clutch has to have voltage to engage the clutch.I wonder if the clutch is going and needs 14 volts instead of 12 to engage ? Or the relay that powers the clutch ? Speeding up the engine would increase voltage from the alternator.This is assuming the serpentine belt is tight and everything else is working correctly.I think I would swap the relay with another and put a meter on that circuit to the ac clutch to see what it takes to engage it.

Your ignition coil could be the problem. Old coils will begin to expand more with heat causing them to fail. Once they cool down, they condense and work again.
Cild lock location on 92 buick regal
Is there not and little lock thing on each of the rear doors that you can change so the door can't be opened from the inside? You can usually find it when you open the door near the latch plate. Hope this is of some help.
