Heavy shifting
sometimes the shift sensors can go bad on these vehicles and would cause hard shifting in certain gears and would have to be replaced, a lot of times, going to a shop and have them run some tests on it would confirm more than likely a sensor. also, check your fluid... if it has never been changed, then it may be time for a fluid and filter change for the transmission, that makes a huge deal in it most times, also run a bottle of lucas transmission in there as well and it will help with any hard shifting and any slipping if it is not the sensor. hope this helps
Starts good but no power when shifting in any gear
This engine computer can tell you everything. Check the codes at Autozone or Pep Boys - usually free- and you will probably find the accelerator sensor or similar is faulty
The diagnostic at Buick is goes deeper, but you need to find one at a dealer

You can't rule anything out yet. It could be a plug or injector among other things, but probably not low fuel pressure. If you have a code 300 and nothing else, you may have to wait until the problem gets bad enough to set additional codes. And if any of the sensors fail, such as the cam or crank sensors, you'll get a code for those to be tested.
Have the plugs been checked or replaced in the past 30,000 miles ?
Serpentine belt
Possibly the tensioner pulley is worn out and needs replaced. It should have wear limit marks on it, a maximum and minimum marking- the tensioner mark should fall between them.
