2005 camry vsc light is on and traction control light on does not shift out of 1st gear

i'd check your tire pressure first if thats ok or at least equal on all four tires. usually vsc and tcs become active if the vehicles computer receives unequal input values from two or more wheel speed sensors. if one or two tires are low on pressure it can cause this to occur.

2005 camry charger outlet not working, replaced fuse worked for a little while then stopped, fuse doesnt look blown....

Sometimes fuses can be hard to see if they have blown or not. try another fuse or use a multimeter to test. If it keeps blowing, it could be that you are drawing too much current through the outlet, thus blowing the fuse ( this protects the wiring from getting damaged or burnt) if its still blowing without any excessive load, there may be a short in the outlet or the wiring to the outlet.

What is the reason of the rpm fluctuaction of the toyota camry 2005 modelcar

If its a small rise in rpm's every 10 seconds or so that's a normal thing with Toyota's, nothing to worry about. It will fluctuate more if you have the ac or heater going. The fluctuation is caused by surges in the electrical current. If its happening more rapidly you may have an oxygen sensor going out, need the EGR system cleaned out or just need to replace the PCV valve and air filter.

High idle when started

Either the idle air control valve has malfunctioned (this best treated by cleaning, they are expensive), or the air con idle-up vacuum switching valve has failed. If testing this, do so hot, as that is when they malfunction.

Got code Po240

Hi there! Before changing any O2 sensor I would first look for vaccum leaks on the engine. It is not usual for a car that year to have a bad O2 Sensor. Any air that is entering the intake part of the engine without being measured will affect O2 sensor readings.

I need too know the torque specs on head bolts and crankcam 2.4 engine

on a 2002 2.4 engine head bolts are 'torqued to distance'. First, install all the bolts, and, in a sequential fashion, starting at the innermost, working outward, torque all bolts to 70 N-m/806 kgf-cm/58 foot lbs. Next, mark the front side of each head bolt with a dot of paint. Retighten the cylinder head bolts 90 degrees, starting at the inner 2, and working outward.I dont thin anything has changed on this engine since then.
