Chrysler (Dodge Stratus) Tail light, dash light, license light doesn't work

Try flooding out the ignition switch with WD40 and the tube nozzle to clean it. It sounds like the contacts are dirty.
As it is fine with the engine off, there is a possibility that the Body Control Module is involved with the issue. A good auto electrician could diagnose.

2003 dodge stratus. I have
I have a 2003 Dodge Stratus 4 door I replace my multi-function switch and I still have no functions of any blinkers at all I'm kind of thinking it might be a fuse I checked all my fuses in my fuse box relays all the fuses are good except for the fuse that might be sitting on top of the blinker I don't know what it's for it green
2003 stratus hard to steer
look underneath it's probably packed tight with snow underneath. look from the top down too on each side of the engine bet you can't see the ground. May have to go to a good car wash and underbody flush wash it a few times.
did that once got up the next morning and couldn't even turn it at all.

If it has a chain and you have not been paying attention to regular services, it is possible for a badly worn chain to wear through the timing cover and let oil escape
The mechanic you took it to was probably not properly qualified as he should have seen the oil spray , found the problem and gave you a report on what he found

OBDII engine diagnostics started in 1996. Since then, no mechanic worth his salt would ever start a diagnosis without reading the trouble codes stored in the computer. That's ALWAYS the starting point. Get the codes read and post them. Guessing without the code is futile.
