Sorry Chevy doesn't have fuel reset button . Have a fuel pressure test done if you think it's not getting any fuel .

On the throttle body ! Find where the gas pedal cable hooks up to the engine . On the other side of that is where it is . has wires going to it .

You really need to have the lock cylinder changed, but you will need to have the new lock cylinder re-pinned to the original key for the VATSS system to register the key and allow the vehicle to start.

Sounds like you have a loose belt (best case scenario) or your power steering pump has failed (worse case scenario) Make sure the vehicle if off. Find the power steering pump pulley and wiggle it to see if there is any play. If there is play at the pulley, its toast. If there is no play at the pulley, it may be good. Adjust the belt tension and see if that helps. While you are down there, also check all the other pulleys as well...water pump, alternator, etc...it could be one of them that is damaged as well. The belt is worn/stretched or wrong application of belt. The belt tensioner is worn/sticky/seized.

Could be air in system make sure you have enough fluid in power steering

The cooling fan is controlled by the PCM - powertrain control module through a relay ! There is no cooling fan sensor , there is a coolant temperature sensor ! This coolant temperature sensor is an input to the engine computer , if there were a problem wit the sensor the check engine light would be on . Cooling Fan Control The engine cooling fan system consists of one cooling fan and one relay. The relay is powered by the battery positive voltage circuit and controlled by a switched ground from the powertrain control module (PCM). During operation, the PCM supplies the ground path for the cooling fan relay through the cooling fan relay control circuit. This energizes the cooling fan relay coil, closes the relay contacts, and supplies battery positive voltage from the cooling fan fuse through the cooling fan motor supply voltage circuit to the cooling fan. The cooling fan motor is grounded through its own ground circuit. The PCM commands the fan on under the following conditions: ?€¢ Engine coolant temperature exceeds approximately 106?°C (223?°F).

?€¢ A/C refrigerant pressure exceeds 1310 kPa (190 psi).

?€¢ A/C is requested and vehicle speed is below 100 km/h (62 mph) with A/C pressure above 1413 kPa (205 psi).

?€¢ Vehicle speed is less than 8 km/h (5 mph) for more than 750 seconds. The fan will turn off when vehicle speed is greater than 8 km/h (5 mph) for more than 20 seconds.

You will have to find a locksmith to have your new lock cylinder keyed to your original key. The VATS system registers the chip in the key, since you changed the lock cylinder you now have a different key with a different chip. your other option would be to bypass the VATS system. Find a local shop that installs remote start systems, they will be able to help you out.

The shifter release solenoid is activated by the brake light switch. Check to see if the brake lights are working when you press the brake pedal. If not, that may be the reason why the shifter won't come out of park. You may need to replace or adjust the brake light switch. (It's located at the top of the brake pedal arm).

How GOOD IS THE SPARK? If the spark is as it should be then check fuel supply to the head Is the cambelt intact. If it is is there any water in the oil. What is the compression like When you were turning over was the engine catching at all, i.e. sounding as though it might start?
