How to open petrol lid on 08 Saab 93
Ng900 and og9-3 fuel door locks with all the doors, use the remote or central locking switch to unlock all the doors, fuel door should then open. If not then something is wrong, there is an emergency release behind the carpet in the trunk in that corner, look for the yellow tag on a wire.

2004 Saab 9.3 Conv
Sounds like similar problem I had on my older 93 - one side main beam and brake light not working. Turned out to be a problem with the filament testing relay. Got it resoldered and now ok.

How do i reset the sid display in 2008saab93turbo after replacing battery
pressing the CLEAR button for 8 seconds. on older 9-5 and 9-3 SID's, that you must press CLEAR once & release, then press CLEAR a second time, and hold for 8 seconds. While holding down CLEAR for this second time period, at the 4 second mark "CLEARED" will be displayed, and you will hear 1 beep. If you release the CLEAR button at this point, the DTE and MPG will be cleared out. If you continue holding the CLEAR button past the 4 and 8 second marks, you will hear a 2nd beep, and "SERVICE" will be displayed. This now means that you have cleared and reset the Time For Service message.

A simple answer would be to call a SAAB dealership service department and ask what the code means.

Saab troubleshoot
The central lock system won't exactly lock the fuel "cap" but it does have an actuator that extends to prevent the fuel door from opening when the doors are locked. Easy to test, as long as that's working then you're lucky enough to not have to bother with a locking gas cap & more keys!

Why does my key turn to off on its own while driving my 2007 saab
it could be a faulty switch where the spring to hold it in the desired position has failed or possibly there is too much weight hanging off the key that is swinging around and flicking it to the off position. GM has instigated a process where the ignition key has no hole in the end just to stop this in their recall of ignition switches.

What kind of hydraulic fluid does my pump for the top need in my convertible 2001 saab 93 2.0l turbo
This information will be available from a dealer service centre but in the absence of information from them any hydraulic oil should be ok to use . Try to get the correct oil first but oil used in the power steering would be ok as it is a high pressure ,high temperature oil. If it is too thin then there are specific hydraulic oils that could be used. and obtainable from any oil distribution centre.

What is this code for on a saab 93 C0547
This is a code relating to the steering lock, and has been known to come up even when there isn't anything wrong.
Pop into your local garage, if you are at all worried, as they can sometimes reset the code as needed.

Location and photo for a coolant temp sensor on a 2008 sabb 93 with a 2.0 turbo motor
old post and no symptoms, what reads wrong? or? scan fails or gauge? what?
for efi or the dash guage.? SAAB (2 "A"s?)
most newer cars is one sensor for both, FSM show this
as does alldata.com
ill answer for ECT.
2.0Liter. (google shows 500k hits but sure takes time to find it)
do you see the top rad hose, and it goes to the thermostat housing
and on said housing is the ECT.
this is for ECU usage. only. but ECU may repeat it to dash gauge.
