Question moved to model category Well the first thing that leapt of the page was that you said you had two batteries and you undid the clamps to both, but then I realised to meant you undid both clamps to one battery. That is actually the worst thing to do because now you have to reset the security system and engine immobilizer. Make sure your battery clamps and posts are cleaned with a wire brush, wipe with Vaseline or Dielectric Grease and then make sure the clamps are tight. Then put the battery on to charge. This says you have low voltage. DTC P0480 registers when the PCM doesn't receive the proper amount of voltage from the cooling fan control circuit that should indicate that the fan works properly. In many model cars, the blinkers are operated by the Body Control Module, the switch ends a signal or the computer network and the BCM makes the lights flash. Your car is run by computers, so you diagnose electronically. An auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer can diagnose the reason in about 30 minutes. Here is your fuse box diagram. See if you can find it? The system is computer controlled. If you could just remove a fuse, thieves for break in and full the fuse. Take it to a local alarm / radio installer to diagnose with a pro grade scan tool.

It sounds like you just have water spraying somewhere it shouldn't. Do you have the protective panels in the wheel arches and under the engine. Some people take them off. The squeaking noise might be the serpentine belt slipping. You can get a spray called 'Belt Conditioner'. It softens it and makes it grip. It often needs two treatments a week apart.

DA? there like 12 audio option systems sold new on this car, and are complex. the service manual , covers all that. fuses can be tested 2 ways. (besides plug and guess) an ohm meter or continuity buzz box. or a voltmeter. 0 ohms good, infinity bad. 12vdc both sides good (key on) 0vdc one side bad, (key on) blown fuse. next time say if car can be driven. if can get it fixed in a shop. ASE shops are best, stealerships not so. as you can see the problem is power and , is related to failing communications if fuses are in fact good. what stops you from checking fuses first (IDK)
