Well the first thing that leapt of the page was that you said you had two batteries and you undid the clamps to both, but then I realised to meant you undid both clamps to one battery. That is actually the worst thing to do because now you have to reset the security system and engine immobilizer.
Make sure your battery clamps and posts are cleaned with a wire brush, wipe with Vaseline or Dielectric Grease and then make sure the clamps are tight. Then put the battery on to charge. This says you have low voltage.
DTC P0480 registers when the PCM doesn't receive the proper amount of voltage from the cooling fan control circuit that should indicate that the fan works properly. This code can be caused by a faulty cooling fan relay, a bad cooling fan, damaged wiring, or a bad coolant temperature sensor.

P0480 is a general OBD2 trouble code that refers to the a malfunction within the cooling fan control circuit. This code is similar to P0481 and P0482 codes.
Based on your description, it seems like there could be a few possible causes for the issue. Here are some things you can try:
Reset the climate control system: Try resetting the climate control system by turning off the engine, pressing and holding the A/C and recirculation buttons at the same time, turning the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine, continuing to hold the A/C and recirculation buttons for 10 seconds, releasing the buttons, turning the ignition key to the OFF position, and starting the engine.
Check the blower motor: If the fan is only working at one speed, it could be due to a faulty blower motor. You can check the blower motor by turning on the fan and checking if it's blowing air at all speeds. If it's not, then it could be due to a blown fuse, bad relay, resistor or control module malfunction, or a bad electrical connector or broken wire.
Check the HVAC control unit: If resetting the climate control system and checking the blower motor doesn't work, then it could be due to a malfunctioning HVAC control unit. In this case, it's best to take your vehicle to a certified mechanic for further diagnosis and repair .
hello
u'd need a proper manual for this in my opinion
like there are plenty of dealers and online shops that deal in those..
you can get some free at reliable-store and it;s actually really illustrative
Hi you can check it on a n operator manual and you can easily get it from the reliable store
here's the link for that

Here are the specifications you seek:
• Torque spec on rocker arms is:
o 14 NM (124 in-lbs) plus 30 degrees
• Lower intake bolts:
o long bolts - 13 NM (115 in-lbs)
o Short Bolts - 25 NM (18 ft-lbs)
It may be because of a bad fuse, so first replace the 20-Amp fuse located in the instrument panel fuse box. If that does not solve the problem, check for:
1. Broken switch connection
2. Broken switch
3. Broken or weak wiring
4. Broken circuit
5. Faulty heating pad
If this sounds too overwhelming, it would be best to take your car to the dealership for a quick fix.
What code ? No code say's replace this part , diagnostic testing charts accompany the code , testing electrical circuit's ,PCM data ect.. has to be preformed .
First are you sure the alternator is charging the battery ?
If it is, someone will need to pull fuses and disconnect major circuits until you find the drain. It could be a simple relay, or a short to ground in the harness somewhere.
why assume it has one./?no problem stated just how to shop.the dealer has the part. if it has one at all.2.4 flex or not. flex fuel.???? /can not guess real engines. there.turbo? and more engine can be many options, why not post the VIN # so we can know what is really under the hood. just put XXXX's a the end to hide the serial.the VIN has a real chevy engine code as does the BODY RPO codes called engine codes.the petrol version of car (gasoline only) has GAS tank pressure sensor is and NOT fuel pressure at all. the tank sensor up top is for EVAP testing USA EPA laws.it can tell you gas cap is loose , and common. and only cap is wrong. 99% of time. new cap fixes it.THAT? is there a scan tool error DTC ? you leave out DTC errors in post so answers will be dead wrong?the petrol engine has fuel pressure sensor in the FUEL pumpand not sold separate.or click find part by VINI have no answers on the FLEX engine ever. https://www.chevroletonlineparts.com/have at it.
Here is your fuse box diagram. See if you can find it? The system is computer controlled. If you could just remove a fuse, thieves for break in and full the fuse. Take it to a local alarm / radio installer to diagnose with a pro grade scan tool.
