Whirlpool wall oven stopped working

Probably control panel failure. The "electrician" could have determined that.

I'm looking for the temperature sensor part number for a GGP84803 whirlpool oven. I'm getting error code f3 while cooking. Thank you

The parts diagram here, https://www.appliancepartspros.com/oven-parts-for-whirlpool-ggp84800.html , lists the oven temperature as part 8. That is Whirlpool part AP6011627. Note: the F3 error indicates that the ERC (electronic range control/clock) isn't getting the message from the temperature sensor. It can also occur if the wiring is damaged or the ERC is faulty. You may want to check for damaged wiring if the new sensor doesn't cure the F3 error. Then check the ERC pins where the temperature sensor connects to it. If the error persists, the only solution is usually to replace the ERC. The ERC for the GGP84800 is not be available any longer as a new part. You may be able to get a remanufactured ERC. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

Oven will not shut off just keeps getting hotter

Stove will not turn off CHECK

Temperature Control Thermostat

If the oven won't turn off the oven thermostat is often the cause of the problem. The electrical contacts inside the oven thermostat can weld themselves together and then the oven won't turn off. If this happens, turn off power to the entire appliance at the household circuit breaker or fuse. The oven thermostat usually cannot be tested and must be replaced if defective.

Oven Control Board

The oven control board has a set of relays that turn on and off power to the bake and broil circuits according to the customer settings and sensor input. If the oven won't turn off it could be that one of the relays on the oven control board is shorted closed, providing voltage to the heating circuit. It can be dangerous if the oven won't turn off. Don't leave the oven unattended without turning off power to the oven. Relay board: Some ovens are equipped with a relay board. This circuit board has several relays which control the switching of electrical current to the oven heat source. If the oven won't turn off it may be that one or more of the relays on the relay board have failed. If this happens replace the relay board. The relays on the board are not sold separately. ALSO CHECK THE BAKE AND BROIL ELEMENT.

Take inner glass off OBI B10 Whirlpool oven door. Model **********31. None of the videos match it. How do I unscrew the Glass Support Brackets? Don't know the type of screws and tools. Thanks again

Hello Again Cesca. Welcome to Round 2. Here is your glass as a replaceable item and available to the public to change themselves https://www.4whirlpool.co.uk/cooker-oven/obi-b10s-857915415531/door-glass/catalogue.pl?path=600151&model_ref=11355515&refine=door%20glass Here are instructions from Whirlpool how to remove Whirlpool oven doors with and without latches. Yours is more modern, so it has safety latches. https://producthelp.whirlpool.com/Cooking/Wall_Ovens_and_Ranges/Product_Info/Oven_Product_Assistance/Removing_and_Replacing_the_Oven_Door The handle is normally the upper fixing point and there will be two screws at the bottom, probably Torx or Philips head screws. I am still looking for something specific to your model, but removing doors and splitting them is a pretty generic thing to do. On one of the images you posted There may be something hiding under that small rectangular tab, probably the upper screw fixing. Second image here https://www.fixya.com/support/t29803641-remove_inner_glass_from_oven_door_obi Your image 3, clearly shows the same latches in the instructions from Whirlpool. This video, which I have watched is close enough. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKHXCRUmKtY And this video which I have also watched shows a three pane glass door stripped in place. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4DeJp3Vw0EE Let me know how you get on. It really isn't a difficult job once you get into it. ..

My whirlpool wall oven displays E1 F2

F2-E1 - Touch Pad (Keypad) Cable Unplugged -
Check the connection between the touch pad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure.
Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds.
If error code reappears then replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.

It appears your timer/clock has failed in this instance.

For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...

FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.

PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.

If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.

Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.

If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question.^^^^^^^^

How do i disable the beeping tones on my new whirlpool oven

You can't. The Government put them there to warn you that something might hurt you, or alert you that a child is playing with the controls.

My Whirlpool Gold Oven s about 6 years old and has always worked until yesterday, when all of a sudden it stopped working and no matter what we select, it says "feature unavailable". We reset the circuit breaker and it seemed to work. We tried to use the oven tonight and we have the same problem again

My guess is the oven controls are smart enough to know something is not working, including the oven heating element, the oven thermostat, or the oven on switch. These are all electrical parts that are dangerous unless you have appliance repair knowledge and experience! You may be able to find a lightly used replacement for less than a service call.
