It needs a new flapper valve. It has to be a proper Toto one and they are 4 times the price of a standard flapper. They are guaranteed though, IIRC 6 years. Easy job to replace. You might try to Isolate cause by exchanging faucet head (sensor) with one of the other units.

Suggest using a "DC" capable current probe to observe battery drain and compare good and bad units. See following probe;
