Sounds like some thing short circuit at its circuit board. Short circuit protection activates, as the set is switched on. Contact any service technician to check and find out the fault. I had the very same problem and it was an easy fix. Remove the top cover and you will see a clear plastic post with an extension over a black plastic gear with two cutouts. This senses tape movement. Remove the clear plastic post which is held on by one screw. On the printed circuit board below where the clear post was you will see an infra red led. clean the led and the clear plastic and reassemble. That should fix the problem. Good luck

This sounds like a problem either with your internet/network connection or Netflix. i would recommend a few steps to isolate where the problem is: Step 1. It will only need setting up if the EEPROM has been changed and in that case follow the service instructions. Otherwise the main menu will give aspect ration and tuning adjustments.

Take the back off and see if you can see the flat ribbon cables that go into the LCD panel. Apply some pressure on those cables at the place where the line originates from. If that changes the line you know that it is a TAB error. Sometimes applying that pressure is enough to fix it before replacing it.
