The seller sent me not a shipping label, but insisted it was.
eBay stepped in saw said Shipping label, and agreed it was not one.
He gives me a refund after many weeks of asking him for a shipping label, but he just keeps asking for more time.

OK so I called the company and tell them it doesn't work.
They said well you got a refund. It was only due to his not providing a shipping label.

Then he says "JUST KEEP IT "!!!! HE WAS MAD.
I am going to make them honor the qaurentee.
Also they say I have to get a box, and pay for the shipping label.

I've never seen an air condition device that needs to add water to work. Actually they RELEASE condensation water and you need to collect this water or drain it through a tube

The ice sensor may not be working. You can replace it if you are comfortable working on this type of equipment. It plugs into the circuit board. The sensor can be found on the web but you can't get it from the distributor of the unit.

Replace it with a new one.

Take it back to the place where you bought it. It is under warranty.

check wiring for loose connection to compressor relay

Did you remove the plug from the United where the hose attaches? If so the end of the hose must be below the United as it is gravity flow. Hope this helps.
