In order to change the Language of the phone all you have to do is open the application drawer and there you will be able to identify the "Settings" icon which will appear like a gear. Select that option in that Settings menu you have to find the option as "Language & Input" this option has an icon which will be like a small "Keyboard" select that and the first option available in that menu will be your Language settings select that and then scroll through the menu to find the language "English" once it is selected everything will be changed also please note that the phone will prompt to as for the selected language to be used there press "OK". Well First the Obvious question would be did you try rebooting your phone. Most phones such as this will reset its self if you try taking out the battery for a min or so and plugging it back in. Starting it up. If not you may have to take it in to a phone shop see what's going on.
