While trying to transfer data
You may be short of memory due to too many programs running in background. Google "windows task manager" to learn how to control startup programs. It is not too complicated.
Computer was on, screensaver is
Windows 8 especially and sometime Windows 10 may have a black screen during an update for over 15 minutes with no indication that anything is happening.
Try complete power down by holding the power key for 10 full seconds. Consider unplugging power for a few seconds after that as well.
Re-connect power, press power button to turn on the computer then if the screen goes blank, give it a half hour before looking for another solution... it may come back to you.
Can't find sharp ar-bc320 driver
Sharp does not natively support or provide a PCL6 driver for this device. That being said, another possible workaround to provide you with a PCL6 driver for this is to try the HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL6 x64bit. This driver simply prints direct to the IP address that the printer uses on the network. You may sacrifice a few special features of the device using this driver, but I've had excellent success with it and recommend trying it.
