Mp3 rocket will not open
Sounds like yu have a Java conflict - go to your control panel, Add/Remove files and delete the last Java Update(especially Number 18) - that should fix it
Unable to access jarfile lib\MP3Rocket.jar
the error refers to a missing mp3rocket.jar file within the installation of mp3 rocket. i.e. C:\program files\mp3 rocket\lib. solution is: uninstall mp3 rocket and uninstall all versions of java and JRE from add and remove programs(XP) then restart. install a new version mp3 rocket and you will be prompted to download java again. once installed MP3 Rocket.exe should be restored

Try right clicking on the application and then click "Troubleshoot Compatibility". If that does not work then you can try manually setting the compatibility to an older system by right clicking the application, clicking "Properties", and then going to the "Compatibility" tab. If the previous methods do not work, you can try installing the application in Windows XP Mode if you are using Windows 7 Profesional or up.

jka1973 is correct. In order to download MP3 Rocket again, just go to their login page and enter your name and email address. Once logged in, go to the top left-hand corner. In tiny print it says, "Install MP3 Rocket". Click on that and then click on the large blue icon in the centre of that page that says, Install Downloading Sofware. You should be good to go! :) Here is the link:

I can't get my mp3 to start
Try to format it on your computer. If that dosent work then did you download any updates to it because updates could shut down the whole player fand not be able to restore it. Other than that I would recmend that you buy a new mp3 player like the sandisk sansa on tigerdirect for only 45.00$.
