There is a battery inside which may need to be replaced. To check, run the compressor (it runs off
the battery) - if the compressor dies quickly, then the battery has failed to charge and would
need to be replaced. You may want to check your Warranty Management software (or
shoebox) to see if your Starter/Air Compressor is still under warranty - if so, replace it.
Duralast products are carried exclusively by AutoZone, Inc.
The Duralast web site: www.duralastparts.com is useless - it only shows automotive parts,
and I cannot find the product at www.autozone.com, so it seems that AutoZone fails to support this
product with replacement batteries or other replacement parts (or even an online Users manual).

How long before it max cold

I C this post is dated April, so maybe OP has solved problem. Most likely a stuck simmerstat (controller) which needs renewal.

I would guess the blue is POSITIVE, and goes to the tip of the lighter plug. However, get a voltmeter and check... Cheers.

Did you ever find an answer to fix your problem? I have the same type of problem, and feel bad as I am an electronics tech with years of experience. I know that it must be a bad IC, transistor, capacitor, diode, resistor, etc. However, with all the components in the 2500, it is almost impossible to trace it out without a "Service Manual" or a schematic diagram. To blindly go in to just start 'tracing' a circuit and not knowing the wiring is not good to do. It is also almost an impossible task to simply start removing parts to test on the bench, and then reinstall. Even IF all test good, there can be a fault on the board itself. For an answer you can do as I am doing, and that is to call the company that is listed as the company involved with customer service. I called the Service Call Center and they said that "FL" means the battery is fully charged, which is the way it is shipped from the manufacturer.

You turned it on with something plugged into it, right? Anyhow, you most likely blew the fuse which often can be hard to get it. You will have to slide the board out of the case and find the fuses, probably there are 2. Replace with the same type!! Try again without anything plugged in. If this does not fix your problem them you need to have it repaired by a professional.

My standard answer for this type of question is that you should purchase a haynes or chiltons manuel for your vehicle, you will find a lot of very good info about many things as well as tips for repairs that will save you time. These can be purchased from most auto supply stores or for a little less money on ebay.

The left one may need to have the contact cleaned. The obvious question is, have you checked the bulb for good working order? Are all the connectors hooked up?

If you can identify which is the voltmeter and which is the ammeter, it should be simple. Say the solar panel has output wires of Red (positive output) and black (negative output). The ammeter goes in series with the load (cut the red wire and insert there). Voltmeter goes between Red (solar panel side usually) and Black. That accounts for four wires. The fifth wire may be an earth ground but I'd be guessing. If you can post a link from the manufacturer, I will comment further.

The vehicle owner's manual will have a list of all fuses and what they control.

this a common problem with all GM cars.. First off, make sure the bulb contacts are free of dirt and corrosion. Make sure the bulb is installed correctly with the electrical contacts in it's proper place.(make sure that the contact from the socket and bulb are making contact to each other). If that does not work, check and make sure that ALL bulbs are good and functioning. Lastly, if none of the 2 above mentioned does not work. You must check for a SHORT TO GROUND. Check voltage. check all related wires for wear, frayed and broken/cut wires.
