• no model told (of vast and feature rich ) hopeless lacking this. and worse Opti ups is not APC, at all, so wrong forum so wrong maker and the model matters huge. ask them only random picked Thundershield, that too not told nor KVA https://www.opti-ups.com/index.asp?SCID=...
• Anonymous Mar 13, 2022 the battery is 99% cause of failures replace it or learn to test it ,called UPS battery bench load testing, google it and learn how. hint it takes tools. ask.

You have a short inside the UPS. Battery mode bypasses the a/c transformer. So check the a/c side of the circuit board for any blown or burnt parts.

check the input relay circuit. the issue might be cause by the welded relay

when i on my ups it is indicating to fault showing a red light and giving a long beep sound and no output voltage is coming from it do i need to configure?please help me

Jordan,It probably burned up one of the capacitors on the board that signal the UPS to turn the alarm off. I've had this happen before and I unplugged everything, turned the UPS off, disconnected the batteries and then opened the UPS up to cut off the tiny, annoying, surprisingly loud speaker.
