You have a short inside the UPS. Battery mode bypasses the a/c transformer. So check the a/c side of the circuit board for any blown or burnt parts.

check the input relay circuit. the issue might be cause by the welded relay

Jordan,It probably burned up one of the capacitors on the board that signal the UPS to turn the alarm off. I've had this happen before and I unplugged everything, turned the UPS off, disconnected the batteries and then opened the UPS up to cut off the tiny, annoying, surprisingly loud speaker. The Batteries are bad. It can't convert to battery because the batteries are bad. Plug the UPS back in then pull the plug. If if goes off the batteries are bad

This buzzing could possibly be from a transformer that has loosen up. It could also be that there is a short some where and the system trys to reboot only to find a major problem exist. Put your ear up to it and try to pin point the area. It could also be SCR's or IGBT's

A failed battery would have still allowed the unit to work as an surge protector and filter - since this doesn't happens it means that it's not a battery problem.
If the unit is completely dead then either the internal surge protector has failed due to a surge - in that case the unit is dead for good, time for a new one - or the main converter (the one that converts the mains AC to the battery's DC) is defective.
To find out which of the 2 the unit will have to be dismantled and the power circuit tested. Start with the input/mains socket and follow the power path all the way to the battery - locate the faulty part and replace it if possible.

Problem of your UPS is from battery, change battery / there is two , 12V 7or 7.5 AH/, and that ups will work.

Black wires indicate NEUTRAL...RED or BROWN indicate Live. If you have a multimeter, I would suggest you check the polarity of each. Connecting wrong may cause a spark and possibly blow a fuse.

The manual states when running on AC, it is the same sine wave ouptput that comes in. When running on DC, it is a modified sine wave.

when i on my ups it is indicating to fault showing a red light and giving a long beep sound and no output voltage is coming from it do i need to configure?please help me
