Nintendo Computers & Internet - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

If your switch can not connect to a wired or wireless network, the Nintendo Switch error code "2110-3127" occurs. Whenever you connect to a network, a series of checks are carried out in the background, such as DNS checks, Internet connectivity checks, etc. If any of these are not met, the error message will be sent to you.

SSID is a public name of your wireless network due to which you are able to connect to any particular network.

Computers &... | Answered on Apr 24, 2013

verifiy ssid/wep wireless settings either from the router or your internet provider Likely cause: It appears that the settings entered into the Nintendo DS are not compatible, or the router's broadcast settings should be changed.

How to fix: Try creating a new connection with your system. Nintendo DSi owners trying to play multiplayer games will want to be sure to read the "Trying to play online multiplayer with Nintendo DSi."

  1. Create a new connection: This error can occur if a setting (like your network's name) has changed since you last connected. If it's been awhile since you connected, or if this is your first time connecting, creating a new connection file will often resolve this error code. Click the button below for your system and we'll walk you through the connection step-by-step

To find the SSID, you can always just turn on the wireless on a laptop and see which network your home network is. If that's not available, you can connect to the router via an ethernet connection and visit the router setup page (usually or something like that), put in your username and password (typically admin/admin or admin/(no password) or admin/password) and view the wireless settings to see the SSID.

According to the wii information page (located here), there could be several issues. Double check your SSID to be certain, also check this page to see if your router is known to be compatible.

Howdy. you need the free CD from netflix to make the streaming feature work on a Wii. Once the FREE CD is inserted, it will take you through the very short, easy set up step by step on your screen. My favorite way to watch movies at home:)

Wireless keyboards will only work with Wii of it has a 'USB Wireless Receiver' (also called a dongle) which plugs into the back of the Wii. So make sure that is plugged into the Wii USB port at the back.
Although the Wii uses bluetooth for the Wii Remotes, you cannot use bluetooth for keyboards.

ALSO... the Wii USB ports are only USB1 (Not USB2). Therefore some fancier keyboards may not work if they require USB2.

You have to have a wireless network already set up in order to connect to the internet from you DSi. So you'd need a wireless router or you can use one of the many USB wireless adapters out there.
