I bought a used leapfrog my own leaptop for my granddaughter How do I reset it and replace her name for the one installed?
I have the same problem and this is the response I just got from the company. "Regrettably, effective April 1, 2018, LeapFrog Connect software for this device has been discontinued and is no longer available. The device itself will continue to operate as normal with the last content that was loaded.
Currently, LeapFrog has no plans to provide further maintenance or support services for the feature of this discontinued product.

Leappad does not respond to stylus
It could be one of several things, a system reset, a firmware update but it sounds like a screen cable has become disconnected or similar fault. Before doing anything, is it still under warranty, if so its best to go back to the vendor or leapfrog and request an exchange.
