Hello Michael. Fully-charged batteries should indicate a green light on the battery charger and should illuminate all the five LEDs on the Joystick. The batteries should take about 8 hours to be fully charged. If you charged them for less hours there is a possibility they were not fully charged. If you feel you charged them for enough time and the battery charger showed a green light, that is frustrating, but there is a chance either the charger or the batteries are faulty. Substituting both the charger and batteries or either of them may be the best solution.

hi well make sue it not in freewheel mode . if you can move the scooter move the lever then try again, It could be moisture however , check the brushes in the motor ..making sure they move freely within the motor if not, you found the problem. Regards Rob
