No one will give you a serial-key. Just BUY Kaspersky and you'll have the key.And, why do you need "Kaspersky" :D, if you can use Microsoft Security Essentials which from Microsoft and FREE*.

Although it is the 2009 version of Kapersky, it was upgraded to the latest version upon installation. The subscription which came with your computer is good for one year and you will be receiving renewal notices as the end of the subscription nears. Thus, if the one year license was activated in Jan 2013, it would have expired eight months ago. For this answer I'll be assuming you're running Windows Vista or newer, please let me know if you're using something else.
- Click the Windows icon.
- Type in "Control Panel" and press enter.
- Find the "Programs" section.
- Underneath the "Programs" section click "Uninstall a program"
- Find the Kaspersky Anti-Virus program.
- Right click it and click Uninstall
- Continue through the prompts.
Now we're through uninstalling the program its self. Now we'll be installing the newer version.

However, kaspersky sometimes happens to give a false positive and recognize software as keyloggers , whereas they are not. So, try to see where this software is located and check if it really contains a keylogger!

You can speed up your PC with the help of these tips given below:-
1) Defragment & Optimize files in the hard disk regularly.
2) Disable the unwanted start up programs.
3) Defragment the registry if needed.
4) Uninstall unnecessary programs (Games, crapware, toolbars, etc.)
