Run your Kasperky Anti-Virus software to remove the virus.

try to check your internet connection if connected properly or reboot your pc..

You will gonna have to buy it, the codes are a one use items only.Or you could use Avast as your antivirus, is as good as Kaspersky and free for home use.

Let me explain you what happened.
when you registered it ihe online internet server checked your key and registered you as an authentic user.
after formatting your pc this registry key was deleted from your pc on the other hand the kaspersky server has already noticed that your key is in use but you have lost it from your pc.

the only thing you can do is to contact costumer care , report the problem and ask for the key replacement.

follow these steps to acquire working serial key.
1. Click this link : http://www.serials ..
on the Search box type your software version (example: Kaspersky 2009)..then click Search..
2. Select your software and version.
3. On the Type Here box...type the numbers you see in the smartserials and press the Get Serial Number..

the list of working numbers will be listed (Note :some are not working.. so find same version with different category..it will work too)

forget that crappy antivirus and use avg antivirus

Unfortunately the only legitimate and legal way for you to obtain the key is to purchase the software or use the key that came with the software.

It is illegal for anyone to supply you with a key for which you have not purchased. Sorry but I cannot help you with this.

It is illegal for anyone to supply you with a free key file and I doubt anyone from this site will do so. If you have actually purchased this and lost your key, I suggest you contact Kapersky via their website for options of key retreival.
