I had the same problem and I am sorry to tell you that it is a hard drive error. I think from memory it was actually a fault within the system, I can't recall, but mine was under warranty so it was fixed.

Hi, I´ve got this JNC SSF-M9 MP3 Player 20GB since years, but now I lost my AC Adaptor. The Its a Toshiba Harddisk inside 1.8" MK2004GAL 500mA, 3.3C and the accu is 3.7V with 1300mA. So does anybody know, which Adapter (voltage and current) Ineed for this? Please help...

you have to do a power drain
you just unplug the wires from the plug
hold the power button for 5 mins
then restart it try to idenify if you have any kind beep sound

The recording from radio that did not want to work in iTunes was made in WAV format. To solve the problem I went to settings and changed recording format to MP3. When I recorded in MP3 format from the radio with my JNC SSFM2 series MP4 player and copied it into iTunes on my computer, iTunes played it without a problem.

Apparently WAV format is used on PC and MP3 is used on Apple Mac.

it might be that u have saved the files in a different place without realising or u have replicated the songs.

THERE is sometimes some restrictions on the format you can inject in your player, (sometimes no wma, only mp3, and for sure, basicly) 128bps

dear am i have a solution for u download a new game from th internet on to her jnc

EEK i know what this is , the memory cells or NAND/Flash storage on the mp3 is dying as you cannot delete it , you can try to add an sd/mmc/xd card if your mp3 supports to add and delete songs as it wont be affected it but it wont cure the fact that you cant delete it .

Alternatively you can update the mp3 player firmware by downloading it from the web or you can try to return it under warrently (number in support manual)

As a last resort you can connect it to the pc right click it and press format this will erase all data /everything on your mp3.

I have only bought my player today so can´t say that this will resolve your issue for certain:-
You could try reinstalling the firmware on the player. My player came with a cd and some tools for firmware upgrade, inc a copy of the firmware.

removed the usb drivers and reboot, let them install by themselves and try it again.

The convergence is shot - on a TV you could fix this, but not on an Mp3 player. Replace this cheap Hong kong pos.
