Lost the cd
If you still need this software I have the origional Photbee cd for the Jenoptic JD11
but this will notwork on XP

Battery Problem
change the battery your digicam gonna work fine.
each battery has its own life cycle(no. of cycle ofcharges & cycle of discharge)after that the battery gets damaged.
USE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY OF REPUTED MANUFACTURER WHICH OFFERS WARRANTY .

Have you installed the software from the CD that came with the camera. I've had no trouble interfacing to mine from Win 98, Win ME, Win Xp and Mac OSX.
