What exactly is your question, stop the clock from controlling and stay in off position or instantaneous switch to off?, but will cycle on and off in the future.
There are dogs that control the on and off and the dogs can be moved or removed.
There is a shiny white lever below the disk that when operated will switch on and off power to the load being controlled.

There should be a switched power to timer, if not turn breaker off for pump, heater and check again.

Check for loose connections in the plug. Also check for continuity in the cord. Use a multimeter and bend the cord along its entire length checking for any lose of continuity as you go. Check the fuse holder and fuse for corrosion. I am not familiar with this unit but, it also may contain a PTC thyrister or overtemp switch that is setting and not resetting till it cools down. May be the lights are controlled by a set of two-way switches. Check whether there is another switch that can also change the light on/off.

It sounds like the actuator pin may have broken off on the backside of the clock dial. They do sell just the internal portion of the T101 as a replacement.

clock motor is bad to fix it you have to replace it, i would go with replacing the whole thing.

Visit a local store that has one in stock and review the directions printed on the interior cover.

The contacts inside the time clock have most likely warn out. If it is coming on randomly it is not making good contact and will create arcing, which is dangerous. Call an electrician, they may be able to replace just the internals.

There is usually a manual over ride switch. Turn it to the off position.

There are brass colored clips. and silver colored clips. It sounds like you are missing one of the colors. It may have dropped off. Look for it in "the little grey box". It attaches to a groove on the wheel with a simple thumb screw. Place it on the wheel at the time setting where you want it to turn on. Also, If the switch is in the manual mode, it bypasses the "on" clip. If you want it to turn on, place it into the automatic mode.
