I had an old Intermatic TN111 indoor timer with the red & green trippers laying around. I just drilled out the plastic plugs holding it together and popped out the timer motor. The timer motor is mechanically identical to the Malibu pool/lighting timer whose timer motor died.. As a bonus you get a spare load switch in case that ever fails.This works for 125VAC timers but not for 230VAC though if you have access to split phase you can run the motor off of 120 VAC and the load off of the 240 VAC

What exactly is your question, stop the clock from controlling and stay in off position or instantaneous switch to off?, but will cycle on and off in the future.
There are dogs that control the on and off and the dogs can be moved or removed.
There is a shiny white lever below the disk that when operated will switch on and off power to the load being controlled.

There should be a switched power to timer, if not turn breaker off for pump, heater and check again.

P PROGRAMMING: The 24 hour model has trippers of 15 minute increments, and an AM/PM indication on the outer dial. The 7 day model has trippers of 2 hour increments. The outer dial shows the 7 days of the week and AM/PM for each day. 1) Electronic devices don't work as expected and have short lifespan when circuit is not clean.
Buy cheap circuit analyzer at home center and test outlet on same circuit breaker.
Contact local electrician to fix any problem.

Check for loose connections in the plug. Also check for continuity in the cord. Use a multimeter and bend the cord along its entire length checking for any lose of continuity as you go. Check the fuse holder and fuse for corrosion. I am not familiar with this unit but, it also may contain a PTC thyrister or overtemp switch that is setting and not resetting till it cools down. Sorry I have nothing else conclusive to add. Cheers

May be the lights are controlled by a set of two-way switches. Check whether there is another switch that can also change the light on/off.

most cases pump motors are 230 v. must check w meter set at around 700 v ac. 130 + 130 doesn't make 230 . check the two lines at the breaker and work your wak back to the motor. how to voltage test a breaker how to voltage test breaker Google Search
