My car 05 honda civic lx special edition.radiator fan not working but the cooling fan & radiator fan are good, relay ok,temp.sensor, fan switch new, thermostat but the radiator fan still not working.

There are 2 fans on your motor , air con fan comes on when the air con is switched on. The engine coolant fan comes on when the motor reaches operational temp, around 85 to 95 degrees . there is a heat censer on the engine block or radiator that controls battery voltage to the fan. with a volt meter check both sides of this censer for battery voltage, with the engine hot. replace if faulty.
