The fan runs, but doesn't get cold.
You'll have to get someone familiar with system to check relays, capacitors, as well as power to compressor. Can be dangerous, so please if not 100% sure what your doing, ask someone who does know.

Rewire 12Volt into 24Volt
You have to get you a transformer .voltage input 120 and out put 24 volts.But will have to wire it through a relay or contacter with the coil volts 24.
