WHat kind of oil is required. Rotella #40 is not immediately available in Austalia. I suspect a standard30/40 oil may be ok. PLs advise.
No, that will burn you seals and o-rings in a short time
15w40 or that kind of Oil will go on like syrup no then you go for a new service kit of seals and rings .
But the important things that are quickly to see .
If its a heavy old large hammer 10 kilo or more with a heavy battle piece then use a hammer fat(grease)only if there is no oil fill glass present. in place, but if it looks that oil has seated and the parts are made for high speed, use at least a zinc-free hydraulic oil Because of the heat dissipation, which is really high because of the internal air compression.
Oil for a high-pressure cleaner which have a one-time oil filling without oil filler cap which oil can also be used.
Turmopol oil brand Hilti always good but is very expensive.

Model 11305. how can I lubricate?
This is the same (only 110V of an old European Bosch USH 10 C demolition hammer a 20 years ago i had this hammer yet regular in service and you need at least but ALLWAYS the pos number 803 i hope for you its orderable i think it does because of the many pieces of this popular tool. ordernr 1 617 000 036
The bit doesn't want to release from my dewalt hex demolition hammer
The first ring is pos 88 remove but wait ,! first solvent clean the whole head and the fitting part of the chisel try first before take any operation on the chisel to shift the rubber gasket on the bit with a little screwdriver if its cleanwet before all and then remove pos 88 a locking ring then look good on the parts order of your right powertool diagram setting of your hammer.
If its cleaned and the parts are removed from the
locking sleeve wher the chisel is in place the chisel with whole hammer in a vise and only then if the 2 locking devices out the locking sleeve are removed take a
bench hammer with the point on the front part pos 94 between chisel and hammer sleeve and with a heavy mallet on the bench Hammer the machine from the chisel.
The motor is running very slow
Check the brushes and commutator for bad contacts due to dirt, etc.
Ditto for motor bearings and associated mechanism.
If cleaning all has no results then the motor is bad.
I need to replace the brushes. Don't know how the old one's are removed.
The carbonbrushes if they are short and you will replace them there is a long brown wire on one of the 2 brushes thats goes inside the handgrip but be careful there are 2 plastic pieces for the power licht and the carbon brush is on a electronic modul inside the handgrip by a sliding contact 90 degrees beware also on the black damping rings inbetween the machine and handgrip 4 pieces to protect vibrations . if you have open the handgrip i will say that you allways control the bearing at the end of the armature because its a very to small choosen bearing that is oft in bad condition i mean it , if it has its operating hours if the carbon brushes are short.but the handgrip must be opened for remove the brushes.
