My daughter fell on the dishwasher door and now it

It sounds like the door is distorted or buckled.I'm afraid you may need a new door if it cant be straightened. Also make sure the basket isnt stopping the door from closing.

Asko d3120 flashing coffee cup

I had to slide the dishwasher forward (undercounter installation)and tip it forward as far as possible. Water leaks onto floor, but then the internal controller seems to reset and the ASKO now works normally again. What kind of idiot would design a control module that does not incorporate a power-off interlock? FAIL FAIL FAIL - Bad, ASKO, Bad. Go to your room.

Asko dishwasher. The pump won't turn off

this could be the anti flood device has operated in the base of the machine. This is a polystyrene disc that is attatched to a microswitch. If there is water in the base of the machine this disc floats and turns on the pump

Asko Dishwasher stuck on Drain cycle and won't shut off unless I flip the breaker

When the pump runs continuerly it is probably water in the bottom of the dishwasher, when you drag it out on the floor you can try to flip it to see if any water will run out of the mashine, or you an take the bottom front of to see if you can see any water, there should be a water float in the bottom that is being activatet by the water that can leak from the washing cabinet to the bottom of the dishwasher.

My Asko D3122 has a motor that continues to run even with the power off. The only way to stop is to shut off the breaker. Can you help me?

If you are REALLY handy, look for a stuck relay. The timer may control the motor directly without triggering a relay. If that's the case you need a new timer. Usually the wiring diagram (schematic) is on a folded piece of paper stuck under the dishwasher or sometimes in back. I have seen a lot of stuck relays AND bad timers. Good Luck

First of all, don't pre-rinse the dishes. Check the water temperature, it should be between 120 and 140 degrees. Be sure you are not partially blocking the dispenser door so that it isn't opening.

ASKO dishwasher won't drain and makes rattling sound.

I had tried several failed attempts to fix this problem. Finally I got on my knees and asked God to make the dishwasher run in Christ's name. The dishwasher just completed it's first cycle without any problems.
