...it is cold. seems to have good compresion. I think the spark is week . whear can i get a new magnito? what is your advice? This saw may have reed valves, most times turning them over is good

Have a 38cc 16inch. When trying to start it backfires. If you're talking about a chain saw with a 2-stroke engine it's either flooded or the reed valves are bad.
