This could come from a number of sources. What first springs to mind is that perhaps your player/ browser is malfunctioning and may need to be reinstalled. Next you would look at your internet speed vs the quality of the video you are looking at. If it is an HD video then you would need to wait unless you are on true broadband (not 3g). Try watching the video at a lower resolution and see if you still get the problem.

Check to see if the electrical outlet is grounded. There is a little three pronged tester for that.

The flashing is normal. WiFi interfaces are constantly scanning for available networks, even if not connected to them.

Spark ignitors on gas stovetop wont stop sparking

Make sure yo haven't spilled liquid on the ignitor becuase this will cuase all ignitors to spark constantly. If all is dry, the spark module must be replaced.
