When I want to open it, the computer tells me that I have to format it. When I try to format the computer tells me, that there is something wron ( write protect,etc ) an cannot format.

remove the card from your computer, look for a tiny switch on the card, and move this switch to the other side.

You need to find out if this is caused by a formatting failure or the memory chips inside it have started to fail.
For that install this program http://www.partition-tool.com/personal.htm , connect the card and start the program - in it will be displayed all the disks with all the partitions in them, the card will be the last. If the card is listed at 1.9GB then this is what it has now, the other chips holding the remaining space have failed = the card is dead, just junk it.
If the card is listed at full 32 GB (or very close) then the rest of the space will be either free or taken by another corrupted partition - wipe it out then expand the small 1.9 GB partition to fill the entire disk. If you don't know how to do that just use the help section of the program to do it correctly.
