There a 2 wire harness to the motor in the door. Pull it off and put a test light across the leads. Don't use a voltmeter, because you can get 12 volts from a bad switch with too little current to power the motor.

Most common problem is a broken regulator. If you press the button to open or close you should hear the motor click. If nothing is heard then your switch could be bad, wiring could be bad, motor could be seized.
