I have Forte 1.6 SX.When I switched on the aircond with incabin is still hot the aircond is not cold and there is a motorized sound. I have to open the window for the outdoor wind to come in and ventilate the air of the indoor cabin. If there is traffic jamm, the aircond still hot with the motorized sound until I can get out of the traffic jamm and the car run smoothly. Then, the aircond OK.

SOURCE: air conditioner front is hot back is cold 1999 ford expedition

Check to see if cooling fans are working correctly,check for leaks,could be low on freon and check for debris between radiator and A/C condensor.

Could be that the motor needs to have the brushes replaced.

I have a 2011 KIA Forte SX, the blower motor fuse blew and I swapped a few of the same fuses under the hood today

maybe you have mistakenly blew another fuse elsewhere , try all fuses with electrical tester.

No air coming from vents

good the blower works.
it takes 2 more things,
1: hot water, (engine coolant ) at 180F or more holding.
if not fix that first.
2: water flow , if both heater core hoses get hot 180F then the core is hot. and means,
3: no air flow through the core,
dampers failing, or controls. to them.

The air from the middle aircond blowers is not cool.

It sounds like you have a problem with the mixture door. Have someone work the hot/cold button while you watch the motor move the mixture door lever. The motor should be up under the dash on the drivers side near the center console. Hope this helps.

Kohler shower valve (hot/cold switched)

Just had this same thing, on this exact faucet. If you still have the manual, it has instructions on how to rotate the valve for back to back installations where one shower has the hot/cold reversed. Our contractor got ours in backwards the first time and I had to call and have them come out and rotate the valve this morning.

This is a pressure balancing valve that needs both cold and hot water pressure to operated. It is an anti-scald safety operation.
