Iam not able to send messages from my sony ericsson vivaz pro, It gets stuck in outbox & tries resending automatically but doesnot send any messages. I contacted with customer care and all the settings are fine & some problem with handset,Can anyone help me in this issue

The letter p appears if you press the button star(*) three times quickly
The letter w appears if you press the button star(*) four times quickly

i think your message center number is wrong.. Check it in your message setting.

In u r phone settings r changed go to messaging -> message settings -> select text messages now set the same Delivery reports YES,message center this is important one to send messages u have to call the costumer care ask number,msg.center in use is used to choose sms center, message validity is maximum time, use packet data select NO, rep.via same center select NO, those all settings after it was not working then just got to the settings and select rest.factory setting it will restore the u r settings.

there is only one option to send message to change your message center number anyhow you can try to go to massage setting to change it

Please try to check the SMS network configuration settings of your phone through your Service Provider. They need to reconfigure your account to activate this feature on the phone.
If this seems to be fine, then try the following:
1) Go to your outbox and cancel sending the message. It should have an X on it or something. 2) Take out your battery without turning it off first.
3) Remove your SIM card and put your battery back in.
4) Boot your phone back up without the SIM card.
5) After it boots all the way up, remove the battery again without turning your phone off.
6) Put your SIM card and battery back in and turn your phone back on.
7) Go to your outbox and delete your canceled message(dont try sending it again).

My sony Vivaz pro lets me click picture....shows me the preview too, but when I try to access pics from the PHOTO folder; i am not able to see them.

check if the text message centre number is missing on the phone, in the message settings menu, if not done
master reset it it will prompt you to enter codes
The default codes for a Satio are as follows:

Main Security code 12345
and you're done.

I fixed this problem by using Sony Ericsson PC Suite to back up my phone data and then reinstalling the phone's software.
